November 27 - What Women Want; Hint: Not reproductive Health Care by Steven Mosher and Colin Mason

The U.S. House and Senate recently voted to reject Ronald Reagan's Mexico City Policy which prohibited the funding or organizations which promote abortion in the Third World. I wonder, would it ever occur to our elected representatives to ask women in the Third World what kind of help they actually need?

Steven Mosher and Colin Mason of the Population research Institute wrote such an article. It begins here and continues on their web site. My recommmendation? Read it, print it and send it to your U.S. Senators and Representatives who voted for the Mexico City Policy.

"What Women Want (Hint: Not Reproductive Health Care)
"Pat McEwen was visiting the small village of Huaca, high in the Andes Mountains of Ecuador. The village, not far from the Colombian border, was teeming with refugees fleeing from the ongoing battles between government forces and the drug lords. Mostly women and children, the refugees had arrived with only the possessions that they could carry. Many had lost husbands, sons and daughters to the conflict. 'They had been poor even before the violence destroyed their villages,' Pat recalled. 'Now they had lost everything and [were] the 'poorest of the poor.'' These refugee women, in short, were perfect examples of the kind of 'client' that the family planners would say needed 'reproductive health services.'"

Funding Woes Force Planned Parenthood to Close Five Michigan Clinics -- 11/21/2007

"A change in the Michigan's formula for distributing family planning funds is forcing the nation's biggest abortion provider to close down five of its clinics in that state. One state affiliate called the move 'deep and painful,' but pro-life leaders hailed it, saying, 'women deserve better than Planned Parenthood.' For the fiscal year that began Oct. 1, Planned Parenthood of West and Northern Michigan (PPWNM) lost more than $700,000, or a fifth of its $4.2-million budget. " Thanks be to God! To read more visit:

Abortion Business Death Raises Questions

National Catholic Register recently reported on the abortion death of a Massachusetts woman Laura Hope Smith, who was 13 weeks pregnant. According to her mother, “My daughter walked into that office healthy and she left dead. I don’t want her death to be in vain.”

NCR reports: "Pro-life activists and relatives of a woman who died as the result of an abortion here want the state to pursue a criminal investigation into the tragedy. The reason for the death of Laura Hope Smith, 22, of Sandwich, went unreported in the local media, although 600 people attended her funeral. At least one girl decided against a scheduled abortion after hearing Smith’s story". The story continues at:

Kansans Circulate Petition to Investigate Planned Parenthood Clinic www.kansascity.com

A coalition of pro-life groups in Kansas circulated a petition earlier this month to petition for a grand jury to investigate whether Planned Parenthood of Overland Park is complying with state abortion laws.
"It also wants a grand jury to determine whether Planned Parenthood provides “false information in order to induce government action or inaction,” whether it fails to comply with parental consent requirements, whether it fails to enforce the required 24-hour waiting period and whether it fails to follow the required standard of care in providing medical advice." Parents Rights - Maine School Wants to Give Kids Contraceptives

Here is just another instance of parental rights to raise their children being trampled by school authorities as reported in Wesley Smith's blog Secondhand Smoke:
(And you know the type of "health professionals" who would give a child birth control pills without her parents knowledge or consent would also take that child for an abortion once she becomes pregnant.)
"I guess parents aren't for raising kids anymore, just housing them. A Maine school wants authority to issue contraceptives to 11 year-olds without parental notification. From the story: Students who have parental permission to be treated at King Middle School's health center would be able to get birth control prescriptions under a proposal that the Portland School Committee will consider Wednesday. Once a parent gives permission for treatment, school authorities want to consider that "blanket permission" to include all "services" offered at the school-based clinic. Visit: Secondhand Smoke:

Sept.26th -LIFE CHAIN to Kick Off Scranton's 40 Days for Life Campaign

From September 26 to November 4, Scranton PA will unite with more than 80 cities in 33 states for the largest simultaneous pro-life mobilization in history – the nationwide 40 Days for Life campaign.

Our 40 Days for Life Campaign begins with a Life Chain in the 1100 and 1200 blocks of Pittston Ave. on Wed. September 26th at 5:30 p.m. Adults and high school students are encouraged to attend. We will stand and pray along the sidewalk from 5:30 to 6: 45 with pro-life signs as a public witness to the truth of abortion. Call Sue Cirba 343-5099 for information. Signs will be provided.

Please register if you wish to participate in 40 days of fervent prayer and fasting for an end to abortion. Our peaceful vigil takes place outside the local Planned Parenthood, 316 Penn Ave. Scranton. Anyone interested in signing up for the prayer vigil visit www.40daysforlife.com/Scranton to register or call The Pro-Life Center 343-5099.

Cities who have participated in previous 40 days for life campaigns experienced benefits. In some cities abortion rates were reduced by 15%… 20%… 25%… Or more!
Other cities were able to recruit and mobilize hundreds of new people into effective, life-saving efforts and lead post-abortive women to healing ministries. Scranton can also potentially experience these benefits.

This effort can also help lead post-abortive women – and men – into proven and effective healing programs, develop new, dynamic pro-life leaders, and bring churches together in an historic display of Christian unity and action.

What will God accomplish when people of faith across our community and throughout our nation unite for 40 days of prayer and fasting, pulling out all the stops to end the violence of abortion?

We don’t know, but we’re sure excited to find out!

Another New Jersey Abortion Clinic Closed Due to Health Violations - NJ Right to Life

Editor's Note: Due to computer problems I have been unable to post stories in the past two weeks. However I was able to save a large volume of material which was probably not reported in the mainstream press anyway. I'll try to catch up over the next two weeks. Sue Cirba

Early this year a New Jersey abortion mill was closed for about a month when the abortionist nearly killed a woman during an abortion. In June, an Atlantic City abortion mill was closed after it was discovered that it had not been inspected by state health officials in six years! Here are some articles relating to that story.

NJ Right to Life - Site Pages: "The area's sole abortion clinic was shut down late last week by state officials after inspectors discovered several violations within the facility, including problems with infection control, a state health department spokesman confirmed Monday"

N.J. Failed to Inspect Abortion Clinic

From the Press of Atlantic City - June 29, 2007 - The Alternatives abortion clinic on Pacific Avenue, which was last inspected in 2001, was shut down a week ago after officials responded to a complaint concerning change-of-ownership issues. Although that complaint was unfounded, inspectors found several violations “posing immediate and serious risk of harm to patients,” according to a letter obtained Thursday by The Press from the state to the clinic's medical director, Dr. Alan Kline.

One violation included the lack of hot water for over a year. The Atlantic City abortion facility had not been inspected in six years despite the fact that New Jersey law requires an inspection every other year. Tom Slater, a spokesman for the New Jersey Department of Health and Human Services cited a "shortage of staff and the continued growth of abortion clinics throughout New Jersey. " as the reason for not being able to complete regular inspections. To read more visit:

Euthanasia in Oregon - Wesley Smith Writes About Two Oregon Nurses

"Two Portland-area nurses gave [cancer patient Wendy Melcher] massive amounts of drugs intended to cause her death. The drugs were administered in what the nurses would later call an assisted-suicide plan directed by Melcher. Kansas Attorney General To Prosecute Abortionist Tiller - Capital Journal Online

In a surprise move Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison announced he will charge abortionist George Tiller with 19 misdemeanor counts. This comes just one day after dropping 15 charged against Tiller.

According to the Capital Journal, "Attorney General Paul Morrison said Dr. George Tiller, in obtaining a second opinion required under Kansas law for some late-term abortions, didn’t rely on a financially and legally independent doctor."

"Morrison described the allegations as a “technical violation” of a 1998 law restricting late-term procedures. “And it’s my job to enforce the law,” he said." reading a prepared statement.

According to Morrison, "Tiller could be sentenced to up to a year in jail and a $2,500 fine on each charge" if he is convicted. To read more visit:CJOnline - Kansas AG to prosecute abortion provider:

Kansas Legislators Plan to Tighten Late-Term Abortion Laws

Kansas abortionist George Tiller, who has allegedly performed late term abortions illegally, has been at the center of controversy for several years now. Former Attorney General Phil Kilne conducted an investigation of Tiller's alleged illegal abortions, charging Tiller with 30 misdemeanor counts. Kline was unseated in the 2006 election for Attorney General

The new Attorney General, Paul Morrison thus far has not charged Tiller. Recently, the Topeka Capital Journal reported Kansas "legislators hosted a rally for about 100 people outside the Statehouse in advance of Attorney General Paul Morrison's announcement sometime this week of findings from a six-month investigation of Dr. George Tiller. Morrison's predecessor as attorney general, Republican Phill Kline, filed 30 misdemeanor charges against Tiller for violation of late-term abortion statutes, but all were thrown out in December by a Wichita judge." Now Kansas Legislators want to "narrow legal justification for abortion after 21 weeks of gestation and permit late abortion only to save the life of the mother." To read more visit:

Phil Kline Addresses NRLC Convention on Late Term Abortion www.kansascity.com | 06/14/2007 | Defeat abortion, Kline urges

Phil Kline, the former Kansas Attorney General who launched an investigation into alleged illegal abortions performed at two Kansas abortion centers, addressed the National Right to Life convention held this past week in Kansas City Missouri.

Kline was defeated in the 2006 election and his successor, Attorney General Morrison has not charged the abortionists.

The Kansas City Star article begins; "Phill Kline took his crusade against abortion to a friendly audience Thursday, delivering a sizzling indictment before the National Right to Life Convention.

“The soil of Kansas is stained red,” said Kline, formerly the Kansas attorney general and now Johnson County district attorney.

“Abortion is sin, and sin always begins with a lie.”

Before his speech, Kline criticized his successor, Attorney General Paul Morrison, for not taking seriously the investigation Kline began into alleged illegal abortions performed at two Kansas clinics." To read the entire article visit:

“I was wrong,” former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney told a crowd of several hundred at the National Right to Life Conference meeting at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center."

An ABC News article of June 14th called "Romney's Pro-Life Conversion Myth or Reality", by Rick Klein and Jake Tapper questions the sincerity of Romney's pro-life conversion. The article cites several examples of questionable actions as governor including the following:
"Within two months of his epiphany on this issue, Romney appointed to a judgeship a Democrat who was an avowed supporter of abortion rights. Pro-Life Blogs- Bill O'Reilly Comments On Late-Term Abortionist George Tiller

"Fox News host Bill O'Reilly rebounded from a six-month silence to issue a scathing segment on the notorious late-term abortionist George R. Tiller that aired the evening of May 30. During the segment, O'Reilly blasted Tiller for 'executing fetuses' for 'vague medical reasons.'

He was equally critical of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, who vetoed a bill that would have required Tiller to provide specific medical reasons for abortions after 21 weeks of pregnancy.

'Incredibly, Gov. Sebelius is protecting Tiller,' O'Reilly said during his broadcast. 'And Gov. Sebelius is allowing him to continue the slaughter. How the governor sleeps at night is beyond me.'" To read more visit:

Rewarding Illegal Aliens: Senate Bill Undermines The Rule of Law

The Heritage Foundation wrote a critique of the Immigration Bill which the Senate and President tried to ram through Congress before Memorial day. I address this issue because it deals with the safety of the American public. Unbelievably, the bill allows the federal government only one business day to conduct a background check to prevent crinimals and terrorists from obtaining legal status. When have you ever known the federal government to do anything in one business day?! A paragraph from the Heritage Foundation analysis follows: "Hobbled Background Checks: The bill would make it extremely difficult for the federal government to prevent criminals and terrorists from obtaining legal status. Under Section 601(h)(1), the bill would allow the government only one business day to conduct a background check to determine whether an applicant is a criminal or terrorist. Unless the government can find a reason not to grant it by the end of the next business day after the alien applies, the alien receives a probationary Z visa (good from the time of approval until six months after the date Z visas begin to be approved, however long that may be) that lets him roam throughout the country and seek employment legally."

Criminals and terrorists will be given legal status under this seriously flawed bill as happened in a 1986 amnesty bill which granted legal status to Mahmoud Abouhalima, the ringleader of the 1993 terrorist attack on the Word Trade Center. Isn't the government supposed to protect its citizens? This bill even offers amnesty to gang members.

The Heritage Foundation Analysis is well worth your time. To read it visit: Rewarding Illegal Aliens: Senate Bill Undermines The Rule of Law

Save the Catholic Schools! by Sol Stern, City Journal Spring 2007

I found this interesting although long article on inner city Catholic schools. What has this to do with pro-life you ask? Promoting the Gospel of Life is an integral part of the Catholic school's mission, is it not? While this article is about inner city Catholic schools in New York,I'm sure inner city Catholic schools in PA face the same challenges. The lead of this article follows:
"We almost lost Harlem’s Rice High School a few years ago. And what a defeat that would have been for all New Yorkers, Catholic and non-Catholic alike. For the past three decades, Rice has rescued at-risk African-American boys and turned them into responsible men who go on to college and then give back to the community. Yet despite this academic success, Rice almost succumbed to the demographic changes and financial pressures that have led to the closing of thousands of excellent inner-city Catholic schools and needlessly deepened the nation’s urban-education crisis." Help Kate Adamson Spread the Pro-Life Message. Vote for Kate in Prevention Magazine/ABC News Contest Vote Before May 25th

Kate Adamson is the author of Paralyzed but not Powerlesswhich tells of her experience with medical professionals who wanted to let her die after a double brain stem stroke left her completely paralyzed and unable to speak. Her doctors said she was in a “persistent vegetative state” with no hope of recovery. Surprizingly, Kate Adamson was the speaker at the Respect Life Prayer Breakfast in Scranton, PA in 2006 discussing her experience. In Kate’s words, “I won the miracle trifecta by beating million to one odds against living through the night, million to one odds against speaking again, and million to one odds against walking. I miraculously regained my active and fit life.”

Kate’s life is a testament to the fact that doctors cannot predict the future. Ms. Adamson fought for life and was recently featured on Good Morning America and the June issue of Prevention Magazine. She is one of five finalists in a nationwide “Picture of Health” contest with Prevention magazine and ABC News Now competing for a prize of $10,000. I have met and had lunch with Kate and she is a dedicated wife and mother and is also dedicated to the pro-life work which God has set before her. Please vote for Kate before May 25th at 8:59 p.m. (Pacific Time)by visiting the following link: Prevention Finalists: "So what is the picture of health? How about alive instead of dead!

In 1995, I was a fit and healthy mother of two. I had an ideal diet: no processed sugar, low fat organic foods, whole grains, lots of veggies and fruit. I was 5' 3'-- weighed 116 lbs with a body fat ratio of 12%. I worked out five days a week. If you wanted to see a healthy lifestyle, all you had to do was follow me around." Then a stroke left her completely paralyzed and Unable to Speak.

It follows: "Judge Allen is without question a woman who will not legislate from the bench. She cannot be bought and she will not be swayed. I challenge all the voters of Pennsylvania (Democrat, Republican, Independent, or otherwise) to look into her in depth. She is a rare gem. We can’t let this one get away!"

Spirit Daily - Daily spiritual news from around the world

This is such a coincidence, My eldest daughter just left for Mexico City this morning with plans to visit the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe this week. This morning I opened my e-mail to find this story about a strange light emanating from the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe on the day Mexico City legalized abortion. For more information visit: Spirit Daily - Daily spiritual news from around the world: "An apparent communique from Dr. Jean-Pierre Dickès, president of the Catholic Association for Doctors, Nurses and Health Professionals, reports what may have been an unusual luminosity in the famed image of Mary at the Shrine of Guadalupe in Mexico City immediately after that city legalized abortion.

The event is said to have occurred on April 24 -- the day legislators okayed termination of the unborn up to twelve weeks. However, the similarity to photos taken in 1999 by an American raises questions that require further investigation for authenticity and a check of dates."

Critique of The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine "Position on Physician Assisted Death"

Wesley Smith has written a critique in the Weekly Standard about the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine's "Position Statement on Physician Assisted Death." To read it visit: First, Do Harm . . .:
Smith writes:
"The American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine has just released a position statement on the issue of physician-assisted suicide, in which it abdicates its core professional responsibility. On the impropriety of permitting doctors to help kill their patients, the association has assumed a position of 'studied neutrality.'

One of the AAHPM's stated missions is to engage in 'public policy advocacy' for hospice and palliative care. Assuming a neutral stance on what may be the most important public policy controversy of our day involving dying people is both a cowardly act and a backdoor repudiation of the long-established philosophy of hospice care, which promises to respect the intrinsic value of each patient's life and to care for dying patients until their natural deaths."

Congress determined that the abortion methods it proscribed had a 'disturbing similarity to the killing of a newborn infant.' . . .' The majority ruled that a general ban on the method is permissible and does not violate the general 'abortion right' enunciated in past decisions such as Roe v. Wade (1973) and Casey v. Ortho-Evra Contraceptive Patch Allegedly Responsible for Twenty- Three Deaths

One wonders why women so hate themselves that they must alter their fertility to please men. The man who expects a woman to use contraceptives is saying, "Yes I want you (for sex), but not the way God created you (fertile). I don't want to be responsible for your children, and I don't particularly care whether you are harmed by the contraceptives you use." Wake up ladies! This is not love!

Once again we have another female contraceptive that is allegedly responsible for the deaths of at least 23 women, one was actually a 14-year-old girl. I refer to the Ortho Evra Contraceptive Patch. The following quote is taken from an informative article found on No Room for Contraception:

"Serious health problems have been associated with Ortho Evra including fatal and nonfatal blood clots, strokes, heart attacks and death. From April 2002 to December 2004, over 27,974 'adverse effects' were reported by users of Ortho Evra. (2) Many of the complaints are serious, and the patch is alleged to be responsible for over 23 deaths, including the death of 14 year old Alycia Brown. (3)" To read more click the following link:

A Prayer

Soul of Christ, sanctify me.
Body of Christ, save me.
Blood of Christ, inebriate me.
Water from the side of Christ, wash me.
Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
O Good Jesus, hear me.
Within your wounds, hide me.
Separated from you, let me never be.
From the evil one, protect me.
At the hour of my death, call me.
And close to you, bid me.
That with your Saints, I may be praising you,
Forever and ever. Amen

Wesley Smith Comments on Denial of Treatment and Updates the Case of Baby Emilio in his blog " Secondhand Smoke"

Secondhand Smoke: "Ah, the power of good lawyers and public scrutiny. After going to court, attorney Jerri Ward, attorney for Baby Emilio's mother, just informed me that the Children's Hospital of Austin has agreed not to remove life support until April 10. And good for the people at the hospital for being flexible enough to continue to try and work these matters out. Second Woman Sues Abortionist Reports NJ Right to Life

NJ Right to Life - Site Pages: "Gloria Mozas of Cliffside Park is also suing the clinic, claiming doctors there wrongly diagnosed her tubal pregnancy in 2003 and told her she had miscarried, when in fact, she was carrying two live fetuses. She said a doctor there performed an abortion on her, telling her he was removing dead tissue from her womb. About a week later, she said she had to undergo a second procedure to remove the remaining fetus after she developed severe internal bleeding.

She said she was heartened the state had shut the clinic down.

Stem Cell Research Legislation Vote Nears- Senators Need to Hear From You

Legislative Action Alert

The U.S. Congress will soon vote on the funding of embryo-killing stem cell research using your tax dollars. The liberal media rarely tells the public that there are successful alternatives to embryo-killing stem cell research. Adult stem cells, often taken from the patient himself, have been used to treat more than seventy diseases.

Stem cells can be taken from umbilical cord blood, and in 2004, researchers found that stem cells can also be taken from amniotic fluid. It is not necessary to kill human embryos in order to find cures or new treatments for diseases. Yet on January 11th, the U. S, House of Representatives passed legislation (H.R. 3) that would mandate the use of federal tax dollars for research requiring the killing of human embryos. The vote was 253 to 174. Only 32 votes are needed to override a presidential veto.

The Senate is expected to take up the bill before the end of February. Please contact Senator Bob Casey and tell him to resist pressures from the biotech industry and the leadership of the Democrats. He needs to hear from you.

The reasons pro-life people oppose embryonic stem cell research were explained by Dr. Jack Willke, a national pro-life leader, who spoke at the Respect Life Prayer Breakfast in Scranton in January. Willke stated,
“In order to understand the debate over embryonic stem cells, we need to understand where we get embryonic stem cells. You take a brand new human on day five of his life, cut him or her open and take from the inside embryonic stem cells. The only way to get embryonic stem cells is to kill a new human life. This is the first reason we oppose embryonic stem cell research. The second reason is they (cells taken from human embryos) don’t work and probably never will. This is due to rejection as foreign tissue. Embryonic stem cells are foreign tissue to the patient. Infection is another reason. The woman who donated the egg may have a disease, which can be transmitted. Embryonic stem cells do not work because we cannot control the growth of the cells. They produce tumors. One patient who received embryonic stem cells died a year later of a brain tumor. An autopsy showed that the stem cells produced hair and bone cells in his brain.”

Please call Senator Bob Casey now and urge him to oppose federal tax funding of research that requires the killing of human embryos. Senator Casey’s Washington Office Phone is (202) 224-6324 or Casey’s Harrisburg Office at (717) 231-7540

Also call Senator Arlen Specter and ask him to reconsider his position of supporting federal funds for this unethical, embryo-killing research. Let him know you don’t want your tax dollars used for embryo-killing stem cell research. Senator Specter’s Washington Office can be reached by calling (202)-224-4254 or his Harrisburg Office at (717) 782-3951
If you are able to write a letter immediately, you may write to the Senators.

Dr. Jack Willke Discusses Stem Cell Research at Pennsylvanians for Human Life Prayer Breakfast

Dr. John Willke, internationally known pro-life leader, author and spokesman was the principal speaker at the twenty-fourth annual Respect Life Prayer Breakfast sponsored by Pennsylvanians for Human Life. Held on Jan 27th at St. Mary’s Center Scranton, the event drew a crowd of nearly 400 people. Clergy who participated in the program included The Most Reverend Joseph F. Martino, Bishop of Scranton, Metropolitan Herman, Primate of the Orthodox Church in America, Reverend Christopher Saad, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Reverend Steve Wilson, Hope Church, Moosic and Reverend Paul Howden, Grace Reformed Episcopal Church.

Dr. Willke addressed two issues, what takes place in the earliest days of human life and how this relates to embryonic stem cell research, and the reasons abortion is not safer than childbirth though abortion advocates make that claim .

Dr. Willke stated: " We must know about the first days of life to address the issues of abortion and embryonic stem cell research. We have learned through modern technology that sperm can get into a woman’s ovaries in al little as thirty minutes. If a ripe ovum is present conception can occur. Several million sperm attempt to fertilize the ovum, but only one will push its head through the shell of the ovum. This event creates an electrical charge around the periphery of the ovum preventing any more sperm from getting in."

Willke continued, "The sperm’s penetration is the moment of conception. In 24 hours, sometimes called the process of conception, the genetic material from the mother and father are reconstituted into a single cell. Now we have a complete human body." "When you have a fertilized egg, you have a being which is alive. This being is human, not a rabbit, not celery. This being is sexed, male or female. It is complete. Nothing is added to the single cell you once were except nutrition and oxygen." the doctor emphasized

"This is not a blueprint, because nothing is added. When you build a house you start with a blueprint, but you add bricks, mortar, wood, etc. At conception we have a complete being, either male or female from the first day. All that is needed is time and nutrition so that this new human being can grow. For the first week of life the new individual floats freely and at about one week implants into his mother’s womb and sends a chemical message that there is a passenger here. Don’t menstruate. This new passenger dominates her body until delivery, taking the nutrition he needs and he will even choose his own birthdate." said Willke.

Understanding what happens to every human being in the very first days of his or her life is only part of what we need to know about the debate over embryonic stem cell research. Dr. Willke told his audience, "In order to understand the debate over embryonic stem cells, we need to understand where we get embryonic stem cells. You take a brand new human on day five of his life, cut him or her open and take from the inside embryonic stem cells. The only way to get embryonic stem cells is to kill a new human life." He continued, "This is the first reason we oppose embryonic stem cell research. The second reason is they don’t work and probably never will. This is due to rejection as foreign tissue. Embryonic stem cells are foreign tissue to the patient. Infection is another reason. The woman who donated the egg may have a disease which can be transmitted. Another reason why embryonic stem cells do not work is that we cannot control the growth of the cells. They produce tumors. One patient who received embryonic stem cells died a year later of a brain tumor. An autopsy showed that the stem cells produced hair and bone cells in his brain."
" Adult stem cells are safer and more efficent. Adult stem cells treat over seventy different conditions. For example, an eighteen year old girl who was paralized went to Portugal for treatment. They took stem cells from the lining of her nose and put them into her spinal cord. She is walking. There was no rejection, no infection and they don’t produce tumors." Dr. Willke
reported. His statements about the safety of abortion vs. childbirth will be included in a later post.
