Last week President Obama insinuated that the Supreme Court did not have the authority to strike down his healthcare law as unconstitutional. Clearly a lawyer should know that in the history of the Supreme Court more than 150 Congressional Acts have been declared unconstitutional. What possible motives could Obama have for denying the authority of the Supreme Court?
