A coalition of pro-life groups in Kansas circulated a petition earlier this month to petition for a grand jury to investigate whether Planned Parenthood of Overland Park is complying with state abortion laws.
"It also wants a grand jury to determine whether Planned Parenthood provides “false information in order to induce government action or inaction,” whether it fails to comply with parental consent requirements, whether it fails to enforce the required 24-hour waiting period and whether it fails to follow the required standard of care in providing medical advice."
