Court Challenges: Christian Rights & Nat'l Day of Prayer
"There's a very important religious liberties case before the Supreme Court. The Justices today heard oral arguments on a case involving the constitutional rights of religious groups to set membership and leadership criteria according to the dictates of their religious beliefs." The first case involves Christian organizations on college campuses. The second caseinvolves last week's "decision by a federal district court in Wisconsin declaring the National Day of Prayer unconstitutional."
