 "A Houston, Texas woman who reportedly took pills to cause a self-induced abortion placed the body of the 5-month-old unborn baby in a trash can.

Police have found the body of the unborn baby the unnamed woman discarded in the trash can of her southwest Houston home. Authorities searched the home after relatives notified them of the self-abortion. The woman’s family had no idea she was pregnant and the woman apparently recently moved into the home and hid the pregnancy from her family.

Officials will perform an autopsy to determine if the baby was alive at birth."
