Hospital’s suit over Medicaid dismissed

Boston Medical Center sued the state of Massachusetts over inadequate Medicaid reimbursements and this was the judge's response: "State Superior Court Judge Judith Fabricant, in yesterday’s ruling, acknowledged that the medical center’s argument is a significant one.
