A May2, 2006 Legislative Update from the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, reports "HB 1591, sponsored by Rep. Tom Tangretti, was signed into lawby the governor. The bill requires abortion clinics in PA to comply with the same patient safety and reporting requirements as other health care facilities.
