"There's plenty of reasons for a conservative to vote no, but there's also one very good reason for a conservative to vote yes, and that's found in the Constitution," Graham said before the vote, explaining that while he disagrees with Kagan's politics, he feels the Constitution gives the president the right to choose his own nominees to the Supreme Court. "It does not give me the right to replace my judgment for his."
