"A change in the Michigan's formula for distributing family planning funds is forcing the nation's biggest abortion provider to close down five of its clinics in that state. One state affiliate called the move 'deep and painful,' but pro-life leaders hailed it, saying, 'women deserve better than Planned Parenthood.'
