Kate Adamson Principal Speaker of Respect Life Prayer Breakfast in Scranton

The Scranton Chapter of Pennsylvanians for Human Life will commemorate the January 22, 1973 U.S. Supreme Court ruling legalizing abortion-on-demand with a Respect Life Prayer Breakfast to be held on Saturday, January 28, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Center, downtown Scranton. Kate Adamson will be the principal speaker. Mrs. Adamson was the victim of a double brainstem stroke who survived an eight-day removal of her feeding tube. On April 19, 2005, following the starvation-death of Terri Schiavo, she testified before Congress on the subject of persons with disabilities.

The Prayer Breakfast cost is $13.50 for adults, $6.75 for children ages 6 to 12 and no charge for children 5 and under. Reservations may be mailed to Pennsylvanians for Human Life, 506 Broadway, Scranton, Pa. 18505. Tables may be reserved for groups of 6 or more. Further information may be obtained by contacting Pennsylvanians for Human Life at 347-8299.
